Find my partsHow do I get a search plan?
Open the finder, enter year, make, model, and the part (or pick a category), then select Find my parts. Unknown details are fine — they're flagged in the checklist.
How do I use the brief with ChatGPT?
- Build your plan and edit the research brief if you like.
- Select Copy research prompt. You'll see a confirmation when it's copied.
- Open ChatGPT, start a new chat, and paste the prompt.
Nothing is sent to ChatGPT automatically. If copying fails, the text is selected so you can copy it manually.
Are the Amazon links product matches?
No. They're searches for your phrase. Always confirm fitment on the listing and with the part manufacturer.
Does it save my truck?
Your entries are kept in this browser tab's session storage so the form stays filled as you move between pages. Closing the tab clears it. There's no account.
Why are some details marked unknown or approximate?
The finder only counts details you've given as confirmed. Broad ranges like "short bed" are approximate — measure the bed or use the maker's exact bed designation before buying a cover, liner, or rack.
Where do I find my truck's details?
Check the window sticker, owner's manual, registration, or the label on the driver door jamb (it shows build date and payload). For tow ratings, use the manufacturer's towing guide for your exact configuration.
I have a question about a product or order
This site doesn't sell parts or handle orders. For fitment questions, contact the part manufacturer. For orders, shipping, returns, or pricing, contact the retailer you bought from.
A link or page isn't working
Try reloading the page, or start over from the parts finder. Search links open on the retailer's or search engine's own site.
